What is the Calibration Schedule?

The Calibration Schedule Dashboard shows the calibration status of all gauges in a list at a glance. It highlights overdue instruments, those due soon, and those on schedule, helping you prevent the #1 audit finding: missed calibrations.

1Access the Dashboard

Navigate to one of your gauge lists, then click the "Cal Schedule" link in the navigation menu. The dashboard loads all gauges from your current list and computes their calibration status automatically.

2Read the Dashboard

The top of the dashboard shows summary cards with counts for each status category. Click a card to filter the table below. The gauge table shows each instrument's name, type, calibration frequency, last calibration date, next due date, and days remaining.

Understanding Status Colors

Overdue The next calibration date has passed. This gauge needs immediate attention.

Due Soon Calibration is due within the next 30 days. Schedule calibration now to avoid going overdue.

On Schedule Calibration is 31-90 days away. No immediate action required.

Not Due More than 90 days until next calibration. This gauge is well within its calibration interval.

3Filter & Export

Click the summary cards to filter the table by status. Use the Export PDF button to generate a printable calibration schedule report for audits or team distribution.
