2Inviting Collaborators
From inside a gauge list, use the invite feature to send an email invitation. Invited users who accept become Editors on the list, allowing them to add gauges, update readings, and manage calibrations alongside you.
3Public vs. Private Reports
Saved reports from your studies (Gauge R&R, Stability, etc.) can be toggled between public and private on your dashboard:
- Private: Only you can see the report. This is the default.
- Public: A share link is generated. Anyone with the link can view the report without signing in.
Tip:
Use public reports for auditor reviews or customer evidence. Switch back to private when the review is complete.
